Nicole has been practicing law as an attorney in Southeastern Wisconsin since 1997. She believes that Family Law needs advice provided with concern and understanding. She has handled hundreds of divorces – each of which had a specific set of circumstances and required individual attention and care. The same is true of non-divorce custody and placement matters in paternity and post-judgment cases and revisiting those matters later, sometimes far down the road. The superficial perspective of divorce as just a legal procedure that dissolves a marital relationship fails to understand the lasting impact that family problems can have on all parties.
The primary focus of Nicole’s practice is Family Law. She provides a compassionate approach to divorce and family problems, including child custody and placement, child support and paternity matters, as well as grandparent’s rights
Nicole participated in competitive sports through college. Several years ago, she began competing in triathlons. Because she has participated in sports most of her life, this was a great opportunity to meet people from all over the country and enjoy the competitive, high-energy atmosphere. She has completed many triathlons (breaking only for pregnancy!) and is still going strong.
Married with a family of 3 young children, Nicole well understands the challenges and pressures facing families today and has the track record and real-life experience to advise you on important family decisions.
